Returns to The CombatShop.com

Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include any documentation and accessories in saleable condition. We reserve the right to limit returns to unopened or defective products. All sales come with 14-day warranty unless advertised differently. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method.

We do not accept returns of:

• Any product(s) returned more than 14 days after delivery.
• Any product(s) that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
• Any product(s) not in its original condition.
• Any product(s) that is damaged, used, played with, or is missing parts.
• Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.

Please do not send us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you. No return of Products shall be accepted by Seller without a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") Number, which may be issued by THE COMBAT SHOP at its sole discretion. Returned Products must be in original manufacturer's shipping cartons complete with all packing materials. All Products for return shall be returned freight prepaid in the manner specified in the RMA. If returned Products are claimed to be defective, a complete description of the nature of the defect must be included with the returned Products. Products not eligible for return will be discarded and will not be returned to the shipper.

Promotional Discounts and Returns: Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional code, discount or offer, you will not be refunded for the amount of the code, discount or offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Also the promotional code, discount or offer will be null and void for future purchases.
